"I had selective mutism as a result of extreme social anxiety until I was 27 years old! I couldn't speak to strangers let alone in front of a room full of people. In 4 years of University, I was too terrified to ask a single question in the lectures, relying on my friends to help me one to one. I learned to hide from the spotlight (and all the good opportunities) like a pro!
Everything changed when  I discovered NLP and used it to free myself of the fear.  My life and career have become extraordinary as a result of finding my voice, and building the confidence (and skills) to speak to large groups.

Part 1: Plan, structure and write your content:

  • Practise a tried and tested formula for crafting a persuasive message fast!

  • Ensure you know and achieve your outcome for your presentation

  • You'll use the 4-MAT model (Why, What, How, What-If) which works with human psychology to feed information in a way that supports attention and learning. 

  • Select only the most compelling content rapidly and reduce the noise. 

  • Be able to improvise any presentation in any situation, by asking and answering 6 questions.

Part 2: Sell your content! Make it engaging and persuasive:

  • Techniques to build rapport with your audience so they are receptive to your message. 

  • Accelerated learning techniques to make your message clear and simple

  • Make it stand out from the noise, make it memorable, and engaging.

  • Practise turning abstract ideas into tangible, audience-friendly concepts.

  • Pitch yourself, your business and your products and sell from the stage.

Part 4: Facilitating a Great Session

  • Understanding what facilitation is and when it's more effective than training. 

  • Building rapport with an audience. Easy wins and remembering names.

  • Opening & closing your session.

  • Adding impact. Ensuring your training is stimulating and engaging.

  • You'll be invited to deliver some training, a workshop or a facilitated session. 

  • We will give you support and encouragement as well as detailed and immediate feedback to help you incorporate any learnings immediately into your training.
